METAL
All Metal Washable Filters are designed with aluminum and galvanized style frames with mesh to remove dirt, grease and other objects. These washable filters are used in residential, industrial and commercial applications where a long lasting cleanable filter is required. Some of these styles are light duty aluminum to heavy duty galvanized metal and even stainless steel. The style is determined by your requirements.
Washable filters are normally available in ½, 1”and 2”nominal widths for most styles but 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8” and 5/16” may be offered in others styles. Custom sizes are also available.
HOGHAIR
Our Hog Hair media is design with a coated natural fiber bonded together on the intake side with scrim backing added to the downstream side for strength. The Hog Hair is designed to be ridged and self- supporting in some applications. It is washable and very durable which allows the fiber to be reused multiple times in many applications. These filters have the capacity to retain a large volume of dust particles and will hold up in humid environments.
The Hog Hair is available in 1” and 2” lofts. These rolls are available in various standard widths and lengths.
