PRO PLEATS
Pleated filters are the most widely-used type of filter in HVAC units today. They are made in a variety of types, sizes, and efficiencies.
Pro Pleats are available in three different efficiency ratings: Merv 8, Merv 11, and Merv 13. Higher efficiencies capture more contaminents and as a result, require more frequent changes. Pro Pleats are also available in Carbon Media, which is designed to reduce odors. All Pro Pleats are manufactured with moisture resistant beverage board shells with diagonal and horizontal supports to resist flexing or breakdown in humid or moisture environments. The media is a pleated synthetic blend laminated with an expanded metal X backing for extra strength.
Pro Pleats are manufactured in a variety of standard sizes and may be 1" wide, 2" wide, or 4" wide. Custom sizes are available.
MERV 8 PRO PLEATS
The Merv 8 Pro Pleat is our most common medium efficiency filter. Pro Pleats are manufactured with moisture resistant beverage board shells with diagonal and horizontal supports to resist flexing or breakdown in humid environments. The media is a pleated Merv 8 synthetic blend laminated with an expanded metal X backing for extra strength.
These Pro Pleats are manufactured in many standard sizes 1", 2" and 4". Pleated rolls and custom sizes are available upon request.
MERV 11 PRO PLEATS
The Merv 11 60-65% Pro Pleat is a high efficiency pleated filter. Merv 11 Pleats are manufactured with moisture resistant beverage board shells with diagonal and horizontal supports to resist flexing or breakdown in humid environments. The media is a pleated Merv 11 synthetic blend laminated with an expanded metal X backing for extra strength. These type filters are used when a more efficient filter is the solution needed.

MERV 13 PRO PLEATS
The Merv 13 80-85% Pro Pleat is our highest efficiency pleated filter. Merv 13 Pleats are manufactured with moisture resistant beverage board shells with diagonal and horizontal supports to resist flexing or breakdown in humid or moisture environment. The media is a pleated Merv 13 synthetic blend laminated with an expanded metal X backing for extra strength. These type filters are used when the most efficient filter is the solution needed..

CARBON PRO PLEATS
The Carbon Pleat is designed to remove odors in addition to contaminants. They are manufactured with moisture resistant beverage board shells with diagonal and horizontal supports to resist flexing or breakdown in humid environments. The media is a pleated synthetic blend with activated carbon added and laminated with an expanded metal X backing for extra strength.
The Carbon Pleats are manufactured in many standard sizes 1", 2" and 4". Pleated rolls and custom sizes are available upon request.
AIR BEAR
The Air Bear replacement pleat is a 20x25x5 nominal 19.75” x 24.75” x 4.9375” exact outside dimension filter designed to fit custom housings for this size. Quality beverage boards shells with diagonal and horizontal supports help resist flexing or breakdown in humid or moisture environments. The media is a pleated Merv 8 synthetic blend laminated with an expanded metal X backing for extra strength. These pleats are manufactured with cardboard fingers designed to separate and maintain the pleated configuration. Designed for higher efficiency, they produce lower pressure drop due to the media and surface area. These pleats keep your equipment cleaner and last longer while reducing dust related maintenance cost on your systems.
